This customer is an end customer of industrial product packaging. Previously, he used other product models of controllers through vibration plate manufacturers to control the uniform speed of multiple sections of materials, but the results were not ideal. The boss accidentally saw the SDVC341 promotional video on YouTube and fell in love with our product functions at first sight. Coincidentally, we learned that we recently had an exhibition in the United States, and immediately sent engineers to discuss with us.

 

In precision feeding, it is necessary to ensure that the material channel distance between two adjacent vibrating bodies is less than 2mm. Then, in high-frequency vibration, the two vibrating bodies may physically collide, causing huge noise, and even seriously affecting the use of the entire set of equipment.
