Question 10 of 30 questions about the product: What should I do if the controller is installed in the distribution box, and it is inconvenient to debug the speed?
Last week, Ms. Wang from our after-sales department handled an after-sales problem about the SDVC20-S锛5A锛塚ariable Voltage Digital Controller for Vibratory Feeder Controller: the controller purchased by the customer needs to be placed in the distribution box, but in this way, their engineers cannot conveniently debug the feeding speed, and asked us if there is a good solution.
It is straightforward to solve this problem.
The SDVC20-S锛5A锛塚ariable Voltage Digital Controller for Vibratory Feeder can support an external potentiometer, which can realize the production needs of remote control speed regulation. Remote control speed regulation saves production space and increases.
The steps for connecting an external potentiometer are also very simple (note: it is recommended to use a 1K resistance linear potentiometer) :
The power cord of the potentiometer is connected to the 1st corner
The ground wire of the potentiometer is connected to the 7th corner
The input line of the potentiometer is connected to the 8th corner
Insert the connected DB socket into the controller, and adjust the speed by rotating the potentiometer forward and reverse.

Even if the customer installs the controller in a distribution box or other difficult-to-operate places, remote control speed regulation can be achieved, which not only saves production space but also improves the flexibility of equipment operation.
In addition to the SDVC20-S锛5A锛塚ariable Voltage Digital Controller for Vibratory Feeder, our other series of controllers also support remote control speed regulation:
SDVC31 Series锛 Variable Frequency Digital Controller
SDVC311 series锛 Variable Frequency Digital Controller
SDVC33-M锛3.5A锛塂ual Channel Digital Variable Frequency Vibratory Feeder Controller series
SDVC4 Series锛 Variable Frequency Digital Controller for Piezo Feeder
SDVC34 Variable Frequency Intelligent Controller SERIES
